Sweden Offroad Tour – Terms & Conditions
By registering for Sweden Offroad Tour ("SOT"), the participant agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions, all safety instructions, applicable laws and regulations, and any additional requirements communicated through official event information.
Legal Responsibility
The participant is solely responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is appropriately insured and operated in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any vehicle driven on public roads must be fully road legal and compliant with all applicable requirements.
Environmental Responsibility
Participants must respect nature, avoid pollution and comply with environmental requirements and instructions given by organisers, landowners and facility operators.
Vehicle Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle complies with all applicable requirements regarding weight, noise levels, safety equipment and vehicle category restrictions.
Location Specific Requirements
Additional restrictions and requirements may apply at individual event locations. Such requirements will be published in the official event information, including the program and event pages on the Sweden Offroad Tour website, and form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participants are responsible for reviewing this information before arrival and for complying with instructions issued by organisers, landowners and facility operators.
Photography and Media
Photos and videos may be taken during Sweden Offroad Tour events by organisers, partners and accredited media. By participating, the participant grants Sweden Offroad Tour and its partners the right to use such material, including images and recordings featuring vehicles, participants and spectators, for promotional, editorial and marketing purposes in any media without compensation.
Participants who do not wish to appear in close-up photographs or interviews should notify the organisers. However, Sweden Offroad Tour cannot guarantee that individuals or vehicles will not appear incidentally in general event coverage.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in Sweden Offroad Tour is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. Off-road driving and related activities involve inherent risks, and participants accept full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to persons, vehicles or property.
Right to Refuse Participation
Sweden Offroad Tour reserves the right to refuse participation or remove participants from the event without refund in the event of unsafe behaviour, violation of laws, environmental damage or failure to comply with instructions or requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Sweden Offroad Tour, its organisers, partners and landowners shall not be liable for any personal injury, damage, theft or losses arising from participation in the event, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
